Finally a USA made single turbo kit for your R32 GTR. We have been making this turbo kit for years and installing it on lots of our in house builds. Some of these have been installed since 2018 and still work flawlessly! This kit is completely bolt on minus the power steering pump suction fitting that we need you to ship to us for welding and we will ship back once complete for free! We will release a new piece in the future made on our CNC mill to make it a 100% bolt on kit.

 

What we like about this kit is the cleaner look over twins, fast spool time of 3750-4000 rpms, no turbo water lines helps keep your engine cooler, easier to service (if ever needed) and weighs less than stock! We will likely offer a Borg S300 size turbo in the future for those looking to be in the 600-800 hp range. 

 

Power output average on 93 fuel: 480-500 hp on 20 psi with a completely stock RB26 engine. Yes stock intercooler, stock intake manifold, stock cams and gears!

 

Power output average on E85 fuel: 550-565 hp with stock engine around 24-25 psi. Upgraded camshafts will help achieve an average of 580 hp. Current record with this kit is 603 hp. 

 

This turbo kit includes:

-Borg Warner turbo S257 SXE with T4 divided .82 AR 3" outlet 

-6 Boost turbo manifold 

-Turbosmart Progate 50mm wastegate

-Manifold and turbo gaskets

-Turbo oil feed and drain lines with fire sleeve and fittings

-Block off plate, plug and silicone caps to delete lines no longer used

-Downpipe and wastegate dump tube

-Intercooler hot pipe with couplers and clamps

-Turbo intake with coupler, clamps and K&N filter

-Power steering reservoir, mounting bracket, suction and return hoses 

 

NOTES:

-This kit was designed to work with deleting the HICAS system. You may be able to fabricate something on your own to keep it.

-You will have to bend/push the low pressure AC line down toward the frame rail off the compressor to clearance from the turbo manifold. We do this on every car without any rubbing issues and all AC systems work properly years later. 

-This kit requires use of a vent to atmosphere oil catch can. Of course you could have a bung welded to the turbo intake if you don't wish to run a catch can but with the higher boost levels you will literally suck the oil out of the engine through the breather system. This will cause oil consumption, dirty pipes/intake system and exhaust smoke. Vent to atmosphere is best. 

-Works with stock catalytic converter placement.
